Established in 2010 and trading across Hampshire as a family-run business, C. Lillington Carpentry combines the personal approach of a small building and carpentry company with the professionalism of a genuine trade specialist. Carpentry and joinery sit at the heart of our company. With 17 years of experience behind us, we have become a trusted name for loft conversions, garage conversions and home extensions in Emsworth and the surrounding areas.

We build traditional rear extensions and wraparound extensions but also have the skills required to take on complex projects. This can include large-scale extensions, often built over two storeys, which require bespoke carpentry and joinery work.

With excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to give our customers the best possible advice, no design is too difficult for our qualified and time-served tradespeople.

C. Lillington Carpentry is a proud member of the Federation of Master Builders. Our personnel have qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and carry CSCS cards. Choose us for loft or garage conversions, or for home extensions, and benefit from our two-year workmanship guarantee. Customers in the Emsworth, Portsmouth and Hampshire areas also have the option to buy an insurance-backed warranty through the FMB or the NHBC.

We can offer you these warranties for a small fee.

Our building and carpentry company has the appropriate values of employer liability and public liability insurance in place.
